ATLANTA – Aug. 8, 2012 – Arketi Group, a high-tech business-to-business public relations and
digital marketing firm, selected the National Down Syndrome Congress (NDSC) as its new pro bono client.
Arketi will execute strategic public relations, digital marketing and brand development activities for the remainder of 2012. The plan is designed to drive greater visibility for the NDSC and its efforts, both surrounding and following its annual Convention.
“Each summer, our Convention puts the organization at the forefront of Down syndrome awareness, but we wanted to extend that reach and visibility throughout the year,” said David Tolleson, executive director of the National Down Syndrome Congress. “Through Arketi’s strategic planning and integrated approach to building PR and marketing programs, we have effectively maximized opportunities surrounding July’s event, and can now maintain and enhance the NDSC’s presence through programs targeting our key audiences.”
The NDSC is a leading provider of information, support and advocacy for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. The NDSC’s Annual Convention, the largest annual gathering for the Down syndrome community, took place July 19-22 in Washington, D.C. this year.
