Thompson Technologies is proud to announce that this week marks the 15th anniversary of the founding of Thompson Technologies (TTINC) by David and Lori Thompson. David started the company as a home-based, start-up business with a leap of faith and a vision to provide expert level IT consultants and unequalled customer service.
From the very beginning, David was determined to differentiate the value his company offered both Clients and Candidates in a crowded market. David dedicated his company to God and named Him CEO (David is the Assistant-CEO). The original business plan was a scripture from the Old Testament, Proverbs 3:5-6 which says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths”. Over the past 15 years, the Company has experienced tremendous growth. The firm has established an excellent reputation and brand by providing top IT talent, value-added services, and a partnering approach geared towards our Client’s and Consultant’s success.
“Doing well by doing good” is a key driver of the TTINC philosophy and culture. The company supports a number of charities, including three international orphanages as well as a number of other local outreach programs, such as Hands on Atlanta, Must Ministries, and The Bridge. The leadership team also participates on the boards of local non-profit organizations: David Thompson is a member of the Board of Directors for High Tech Ministries; Tim Smith is the co-founder of ABLE – Atlanta Business Leader Enrichment organization and Jim Calise is the Chairman of The Shepherd Center Foundation Advisory Board.
