The Second City (the iconic comedic group that recently celebrated its 50th anniversary) will soon release the first-ever comedy with their name on it, and they are looking for a hit song to feature in it. They are partnering with Variety magazine and uPlaya.com to present a digital talent search to find the perfect music for their debut film.

In this talent search (the "Music Universe Talent Search with Variety"), one artist will win promotions in Variety magazine and an offer to have their music placed in the first-ever film by The Second City, “BuzzKill”. The winner will also receive promotions on the uPlaya and Variety social networking sites.

All entrants will receive the award-winning Hit Song Science analysis of their music as well as a uPlaya marketing widget, which can reach up to 670 million users and shared over nearly 300 sharing sites.
