In April, 2010, ten WebChallenge 2010 –“ Live and elearn” teams were selected from a field of over 60 participating high school teams. Their goal was to foster and enhance learning in a math, science or technology area of their choosing using online e-learning and other commonly available technologies. Teams were judged based on learning outcomes, the effectiveness of their eLearning solution, and how well they demonstrated measurability.

Join us Wednesday, October 13, 2010, as the TAG Workplace Learning Society showcases the winners of the 2010 WebChallenge “Live and eLearn” and explore their projects and what they learned about training tools.

We look to gain insight into the technology used by today’s youth and what it means in the context of tomorrow’s workplace learning environment. The “Live and eLearn” Showcase is an opportunity for workplace learning leaders and sponsors to:

View the solutions created
Examine how winners leveraged their solutions after the competition, and
Explore what students learned from the process
Gain perspective on what this means to the future of workplace learning
