TV Everywhere and the use of Over the Top Video is often used yet not always fully understood, for that matter, definitions vary by constituent. What is TV Everywhere and how do I catch my TV “thrown over the Top”? I want my TV on any device at any time! - easier said than done with lack of interoperability or will one Service Provider control this? – the battle over the Living Room, or over the Video enabled Mobile Device at the Airport – Google, Apple --- Cox, ATT? The Content Providers don’t want to disrupt their carriage fees from Service Providers, yet Netflix is growing daily. We try to make sense out of this often mis-understood future of rich media, with millions of viewers and even more dollars at stake from Service Providers, Platform Providers, and Content Provider perspectives.
