Think of a conversation you’ve been putting off... Have you ever worked alongside an employee who actually “smells too good” or an employee with an annoying personal habit like making clicking noises? If you’ve received some strange complaints from your employees and weren’t sure what to do about them, this workshop is for you.
Join our panel of experts as they discuss some of the most challenging situations they have encountered and the steps they took to deal with these sensitive subjects.
During this session, the panel will explore:
-How to prepare for the conversation
-How to have a dialogue with an employee about a touchy subject
-What do you do when someone gets immediately defensive, despite your intention to have an open dialogue
