About the Speaker
Bill Mahoney has 15 years experience in Sales and Customer management in the wireless, broadband and internet industries. Most recently, he has been Director of Account Management for careerbuilder.com, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and managing the daily performance of a sales support organization that supports $450m in annual revenue and a 900 person internal sales team. The Careebuilder.com Customer Care team won “Best place to work in Atlanta” from the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2006 and the American Business Awards for “Best Customer Care” team in 2007. Bill will receive an Executive MBA from Emory University in May.
