2012 Cyber Attack and Business Continuity Simulation

Role Play & Debrief
The core of the program is an afternoon of live role play in which a “Dream Team” of C-Level executives, senior managers and security practitioners deal with the issues associated with recovering a global business after a devastating cyber attack. After the role play exercise there will be an audience participation debrief during which we will discuss how the damaged enterprise could have been better prepared for the event, what was done well and what could have been done better. Regardless of your business, public or private, large or small, banking, telecommunications, media, education, transportation, consulting, pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, shipping, government or other there are lessons to be learned, new perspectives and key take-aways for you and your entire team.
Briefing
The morning program is an optional briefing on topics related to the afternoon role play. The briefing is organized into mini training seminars and providing key background information and ideal for security practitioners, managers in operational areas and staff. Reception
The Recovery Reception follows. The Recovery Reception provides an opportunity for role play participants and observers to mix, mingle and discuss the day’s activities as well as other security, risk management, business continuity and recovery topics of interest.
