Product Management is about executing the corporate strategy at the product level. Through a balanced product lifecycle management (PLM) approach, we continously evaluate customer, market, and competitive changes to determine an appropriate mix of new products vs. enhancing existing products.
Most recently, joined the board of TAG Product Management Society where we look to educate, inform and unite Georgia's Product Management community.
