I have spent 25+ years as an IT executive and consultant. As a consultant I have worked for several large consulting firms in IT consulting and restructuring, and also founded founded my own IT management consulting firm specializing in services such as strategic IT planning, IT turnaround/transformation, complex project management, ERP selection and implementation, contingency/disaster recovery planning. As a former CIO, I have had the opportunity to serve as the full-time CIO for three firms, and as the interim CIO for a number of consulting clients.
